Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood of Venice - COLLECTOR EDITION - ENGLISH

I was going to wait until I actually received the item to leave a review as I don't really like reviewing things I haven't received yet but I was a little agitated by receiving an email saying "we fulfilled your order 60 days ago and would love to get your feedback."

The models look great on the website and the person in the customer service team I've spoken to is probably doing his best and also getting frustrated at any delays so I'm going to be objective about my experience as I doubt it's his fault being in customer care and not doing all the manufacturing and shipping himself.

I first emailed around 2-3 weeks after my order just saying that for some reason the Shop app said the order had been fulfilled. Was told "it'll be with you next week, it's in the distribution centre now."

A month later, I send a chase email and am told "pre orders will be fulfilled after the kickstarters are fulfilled. You'll get another update next week." I wasn't aware this was a pre-order since I ordered from the website directly and nothing I ordered was exclusive to the new kickstarter.

Three weeks later, I've had no shipping updates at all except the two I've chased for. The only other emails I've received from Triton Noir have been adverts trying to sell me more items and then this email saying "we fulfilled your order 60 days ago please leave a review."
Today I'll again chase when or if this parcel will ever arrive and if the reply is "you'll hear next week" and I don't hear anything the following week (as has been the case the last two times I've been told "next week), I'll be chasing a refund instead.

I'm glad I made this purchase on credit since I'm £330 out of pocket and at least if I'm told "you'll get a refund next week" I can open a dispute with my credit provider instead of waiting for a next week that doesn't come.

It is a must have for all AC fans! I’ve just finished the base game and now moving on to the expansions and I will most definitely be replaying this game; over and over and over and over again!

With art design right from the AC lore, but done specifically for this game, with gorgeous miniatures, immersive missions and a consistent campaign, this game is a must-have for AC fans and a must have for board gamers loving strategy.
