Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy for products, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must have been purchased on our webstore, be in the same condition as you received it (i.e., not opened and still shrink-wrapped) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Process
To start a return, contact us at support@triton-noir.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for returning the game to our fulfillment center at your own cost in the same condition you received it. Be aware they could charge administration fees for issuing the return voucher.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once the local warehouse has received and inspected your return. Provided they confirm they actually got your parcel back in good conditions, the total refund for the goods will be approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The shipping costs will not be reimbursed on orders returned if the customer refused to pay customs or brokerage fees. Administration fees could be deducted from the refunded.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have as soon as possible and once the return is validated by the warehouse, you get the refund. You need to make a separate purchase for the new item.
