We are a small studio driven by a passion for games and a job well done. Even though we prioritize quality over quantity, errors might occur during the manufacturing process or assembly of our games.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if one item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and fix it quickly. If you feel you need to have a component replaced because of a defect/damage or simply because it is missing, please contact us at support[at]triton-noir.com with your name, post code, country, email address given for your order, order number and written details of the damage with pictures (clearly showing the isssue) within 30 days after purchase.
If your package was damaged in transit, you need first to declare the damage to the carrier upon reception and then send us pictures of the damaged parcel and damaged item unopened and still shrink-wrapped. The warehouse will then be responsible for trying to obtain compensation from the carrier. In any case, keep the original packaging to be eligible for a replacement as you will need it to ship the damaged item back. If you can't return the item in its original packaging, depending on the damage, we could grant you a financial compensation such as a voucher on our online store.
Please note we only replace missing or damaged components from games bought directly to us whether on Kickstarter, Pledge Managers (such as Crowdox or Gamefound) or our online store. If you bought your game from second hand even brand new, we might be able to help you at your own costs only. Be aware, warehouses usually charge extra cost for such orders (management and handling fees).
We also kindly request that you assess the importance of the damaged or missing component before you ask for a replacement. Replacing parts for our worldwide customers is a complex and costly process that demands a lot of time and energy. If you feel you absolutely need the replacement or it is really detrimental to your gaming experience (i.e. you received your cards are in a foreign language), please contact us and we will do our best to satisfy your request. Please note we can't take into account a minor defect or damage. Some large components such as the game box will only be replaced if there is major damage and only with pictures showing the original undamaged packaging.
Some components can easily be fixed on your side. For example, if you are familiar with miniature games, you may have noticed, like many people, that it is common for some miniatures to have slightly twisted/bent parts. Here is a video that explains how to easily fix this.
Due to the high rate of unsuccessful shipping and/or prohibitive shipping price for replacement parts, we are sorry but cannot send replacement parts to these countries: Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Cambodia, Cyprus, Georgia, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, New Zealand, Norway and Serbia. We can however send them to forwarding addresses in most of European countries, North America, Australia and most of Asian countries.
