Creating the Officer

Just like for any commando, we started to gather reference and to define the overall aspect and story of this character:

The special skills of this commando do show that we were willing to offer two distinct versions of the character, on both sides of his card, so the players could choose according to their style. On his ochre side, the Officer is a great back-up for the team, thanks to his two strong specialties. To balance these abilites, he gets a weak and noisy weapon:

On his cyan side, the Officer can afford to play it alone, or more independently, thanks to his Sten with silencer:
